I'm Kristie. By day, I work as a Community Capacity Builder for Disability Inclusion, but Digital MacGyver isn't a work project, it's personal. I live with disability myself, and so does my wife, and between the two of us we've spent a lot of time cobbling together workarounds just to get through an ordinary day.

Digital MacGyver started because I got tired of building the same fix twice and never sharing it. Every tool here follows one idea: reduce the amount of thinking a hard day already costs someone. Plain language over jargon. Fewer steps over more features. Honesty when something's not finished yet, rather than pretending it's polished.

This isn't a big company. It's tools built in evenings and weekends, for my own household first, tested by real use rather than a big budget. If something's rough around the edges, that's usually because it's new, not because it doesn't matter. If you've found a fix that would help, or hit a problem worth solving, I'd like to hear about it.
